A Look Behind Your Mirror Small Group Coaching with LEGO® Serious Play®

An inspiring small-group experience for coaches, facilitators, leaders, and people working with complex organizational challenges.

Some questions are difficult to resolve on your own.

You know these situations:

A challenge is on your mind, but conventional analysis isn’t getting you anywhere. A decision needs to be made, an idea isn’t leading to a breakthrough, or a familiar pattern keeps repeating itself.

Or perhaps you sense: There is another perspective I haven’t considered yet.

This is where LEGO® Serious Play® comes in. In a small, trusting group, we make our thoughts visible, explore different perspectives, and discover new ways forward through building, storytelling, and thinking together.

What to expect:

This experience is for you if you:

  • Enjoy discovering new perspectives

  • Work with people, teams, or organizations

  • Want to go beyond analyzing complex issues and truly understand them

  • Are curious to experience LEGO® Serious Play® in practice

  • Enjoy exchanging ideas with interesting people

No prior experience is needed. Snacks and refreshments will, of course, be provided for our little break.

An afternoon filled with thoughts, stories, and fresh perspectives.

What participants say

What previous participants have shared:

  • “I thought I already knew what I was going to build – and was surprised by what actually emerged.”

  • “The stories behind the models were the most valuable part.”

  • “I didn't expect such open conversations to develop so quickly among a group of strangers.”

How do you work – and what makes you effective?

Your tools are visible.
Your mindset works in the background.
Your patterns shape the quality of your work.

Our LSP small group coaching sessions coaching create space to explore exactly that:
not what you do, but how you do it – and why it works (or doesn’t).

What This Format Is

A monthly, in‑person small‑group coaching format for professionals who already work with people – and want to understand what actually drives their effectiveness, using LEGO® Serious Play® as a reflective working method.

Most professionals focus on tools, methods, and frameworks.
But in practice, outcomes are shaped elsewhere:

  • how you think under pressure
  • how you read and influence group dynamics
  • what you do when things are unclear, tense, or stuck

This format works exactly there.

Using LEGO® Serious Play® as a structured reflection method, you make your patterns, assumptions, and decision logic visible – and work on them directly.

What You Will Work On

In each session, you will work on:

  • Blind spots that influence your professional behavior
  • Recurring personal patterns and habits
  • Mindset and professional attitude
  • Your effectiveness in complex or challenging situations
  • Your professional identity, presence, and impact

Always grounded in your real work context, not abstract cases in small groups – no hiding, no passive participation.

Typical Session Topics

Each session focuses on one main theme, such as:

  • How do you show up under pressure?
  • What truly determines your impact with clients or teams?
  • Where do you unconsciously limit yourself?
  • How do others experience the value of your work?
  • How do you grow as a coach or facilitator beyond tools and techniques?

Used here as a professional reflection and sense‑making method – not as play.
